This week leads us into the second half of the first month of this third decade in the 21st century. Wow!

I would suggest that now is the time to identify and reflect on what worked and what didn’t work for you in 2020 and what you want from 2021.

This should help you start the year and new decade with a positive approach rather than simply repeating a bunch of hopes misleadingly tagged as new year resolutions.

It’s all too easy to dwell on stuff that’s not gone as we would have liked. And obviously that could apply to lots of things that happened in 2020!

I always encourage those with whom I work to adopt a more positive mindset. But to remain realistic of course.

So, here are your three and half questions:

1 – What are the 3 or 4 things did you achieve in 2020 that you want to do more of in 2021?

2 – What are the 3 or 4 things you are seriously keen to do less of in 2021?

3 – What are the 3 or 4 things you want to do differently in 2021?

And, the half question is: What are you going to do to ensure that each of those ambitions becomes reality?

Remember, ‘hope’ alone is NOT a strategy. If you want some help or support, just let me know >>>
